Services Provided
Complete Property Management provides roofing, landscaping, snow removal, and property maintenance services in Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Roof installation, repair, and inspection
- Landscaping design and maintenance
- Commercial and residential snow removal
- Gutter installation and cleaning
- Siding and exterior maintenance
Service Area
We serve the Indianapolis metropolitan area including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Zionsville, Greenwood, Westfield, and surrounding Central Indiana communities within approximately 50 miles of Indianapolis.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and checks. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion of work.
Warranties
Complete Property Management offers:
- 10-year workmanship warranty on roof installations
- Manufacturer warranties on materials (varies by product)
- 1-year plant survival guarantee on landscaping projects
Warranty claims must be reported promptly. Normal wear, acts of nature, and improper maintenance may void warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability
Complete Property Management's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for your protection.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled services may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24-hour notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may incur a service fee. Emergency services are non-cancellable once dispatched.
